A workspace is an isolated environment with its own members, agents, data, and billing. Most companies need one. Multi-brand agencies and enterprises often split by brand or region.
No per-product fees. Air includes Builder and Inspector; Pro and Ultra include all eleven products. You pay for the workspace, not the toolbox.
Agents queue rather than fail. You'll get a notification and can top up credits or upgrade to a higher tier — your monthly allowance resets on your billing date.
Not currently. Credits reset on each monthly billing date regardless of use.
Custom model routing is an Enterprise feature. You can point Mariete at your own Claude, OpenAI, or self-hosted endpoints — with routing rules per product.
You pay one invoice for the full year at the annual rate (20% off monthly). Mid-year upgrades are pro-rated to the next renewal.
