Agents that do the work.
Not just the talk.

Mariete is eleven specialist agents on one runtime — built for every operator asked to move faster than their team allows. Research, forecast, simulate, synthesize, publish. One platform. One bill.

Why we exist

Every operator is outpaced.

Operators at every level — inside a five-person startup or a fifty-thousand-person enterprise — are asked to do the same thing: move faster than the team allows. Run competitive intel, forecast the quarter, simulate a rollout, produce on-brand content, and ship the decision by Friday. The tools assume headcount that doesn't exist.

Mariete is that headcount. Eleven agents, each one specialised in a real job your team already owns — research, forecasting, synthesis, simulation, content, compliance. Same runtime. Same identity. Same bill. Data flows between them automatically.

We build for the operator who is expected to deliver — whether they are at a fast-growing retailer, a global technology company, or anything in between. The leverage should fit the work, not the org chart.

How we work

Six principles. Non-negotiable.

We do not run a lab. We ship agents that do work for real operators. These six rules are how we keep the bar honest.

Agents over interfaces.

Dashboards are a consolation prize. The right answer is an agent that already did the work and handed you the decision.

Show your receipts.

Every claim cites its source. Every run is reviewable. If an agent cannot defend its work, the work is not done.

Ship before the week is out.

If you cannot demo it on Friday, scope it smaller. Weekly cadence is a feature, not a pace.

One runtime, many surfaces.

Every product inherits the same identity, billing, and data layer. Users adopt one agent and find the rest waiting for them.

Trust is a UI decision.

Agents that hide their work lose the room. The interface is the contract — always surface what the agent is about to do.

Build for the operator.

Our user is the person asked to do three jobs before lunch. Every feature has to earn its place in that hour.

Careers

Small team. Big surface area.

Eleven products. A runtime under all of them. A go-to-market function that has to move as fast as the product. If you are the person who ships before the week is out, we want to talk.

  • Equity in a company you can actually explain to your family
  • Health, dental, and actual mental-health coverage
  • Four weeks of vacation — we close between Christmas and New Year
  • Hardware budget. Laptop, monitor, desk, chair. The boring stuff solved.
  • Learning budget. Books, courses, one conference a year.
  • Quarterly on-sites in Berlin. Travel and accommodation on us.

Come build it.

Try the suite as a user, or come work on the next agent. Both doors open the same week.
